Greetings from Power Life Yoga Barre Fitness (everybody calls us Power Life)! We are thrilled to open our Brookside studio this fall!
There are a lot of yoga and fitness outlets out there, so why choose Power Life? Our studios are different, and by different we mean better. Our facilities are much larger than traditional yoga studios and easier to navigate than a big box gym. When you step foot into our space, you are guaranteed a fun, safe, challenging, and uplifting experience no matter the class format or teacher.
We truly mean it when we say people are at the core of what we do. Without our community, we would be nothing at all!
